In her first year of elite, Kate Courtney won the World Championships in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. In her second year, she followed that up by winning the Overall UCI Mountain Bike World Cup. We spoke to Kate about how it all started, her most memorable moments and her process for setting goals and managing her own expectations.
